I thought my brother was just making a bad joke. He told me that he was going to be taking an online course in dog training. I’m not sure how that would work, and if he would be using virtual dogs to put in their virtual dog crates or if he would be sent an electrically monitored faux pet to keep alive. If the latter was the case, he was in big trouble because I know he couldn’t do that. I know that he can learn a lot of the training in theory, but wasn’t it like truck driving or police work, shouldn’t someone be monitoring his progress? I guess if he’s unsuccessful, the dog will turn on him, but that sounds just like lawsuit potential. I know that I wouldn’t be comfortable hiring a dog trainer with online certification.
